Shockwave Consultation - £80.00
For new patients only
This 45-minute appointment includes a full consultation and your first session of shockwave therapy. We’ll take the time to understand your symptoms, carry out the necessary tests, and confirm whether shockwave is the right approach for you. If it is, we’ll start treatment straight away—so you can begin your recovery without delay.
Shockwave therapy is a clinically proven treatment for stubborn muscle, tendon, and joint problems such as plantar fasciitis, Achilles pain, and shoulder issues. Many people turn to shockwave when other treatments haven’t worked, and it often provides lasting relief.
You’ll leave this appointment knowing exactly what’s going on, with a clear plan and treatment already underway.

Consultation, Report of Findings, including first chiropractic treatment in the report of findings apt as described. Report of findings will be booked during your consultation appointment.
Appointment Cancellation
When you book an appointment, our clinic has reserved a space in our appointment calendar for you. This means it is not available to other patients. To be respectful to both Dr Rory and other patients, please let us know as soon as you are aware that you will not be able to make your appointment.
If you do need to cancel your appointment for any reason, that is OK, however, we ask that you cancel your appointment within 24 hours. This gives other patients the ability to access that particular appointment slot.
What to do if you can’t make your appointment.
As you know your healing and health is of paramount importance to Dr Rory and the team at Lekker Chiropractic. If you do need to cancel your appointment please call 01753 396366 and we will be happy to reschedule for a more convenient time. If you choose to cancel and not reschedule your appointment we will also take care of that for you during the phone call.
If you’re not able to call you can email info@lekkerchiropractic.com to enable us to reschedule your appointment please give a couple of days and times that will work for you and we will take care of that for you. Alternatively if you don’t want to reschedule we will do that also.
Late Cancellations and no-shows
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time.
A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling or cancels after the appointment start time.
In either case, we will charge the missed appointment fee which is 50% of your appointment charge. In the event of multiple no-shows, appointment fees will need to be settled prior to another appointment being scheduled.
In order to be fair to all of our patients, this policy is universal. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances happen outside of our control. In these cases, a cancellation fee may not be applied. This is considered on a case-by-case basis. We trust that you value our time as much as we value yours.
